Build Your Own 72" × 36" Rotisserie Fixture Table

Designed and built by a motorsports fabricator, this digital fabrication package gives you the plans to build the rotating fixture table shown in the listing.

Position the tabletop for better access to your work, with a design that brings a rotisserie function to a full-size fixture-table surface.

The package includes cutting files, dimensioned drawings, assembly models, component sourcing links, and practical build notes from my original table. You can spend your time building instead of reverse-engineering the design or figuring out the parts list from scratch.

Table Dimensions & Configuration

  • Working surface: 72" × 36"

  • Working height: Approximately 39.50" from the floor to the tabletop with the top horizontal, using the original build configuration

  • Designed tabletop thickness: ½"

  • Fireball Pro tabletop hole pattern: ¾" diameter holes on a 2" grid

  • Two tabletop configurations included: Two 36" × 36" tops or one 72" × 36" top

  • Matching top-frame layouts: Included for both configurations

  • Optional bottom shelf: Fabrication files included

Working height may vary with caster selection and leveling-foot adjustment.

Choose Your Tabletop

The design accommodates Fireball Tool Pro Series tabletop plates in the configurations above.

Alternatively, the package includes laser-cut tabletop DXFs so you can source your own plates. You are not limited to purchasing a finished machined tabletop.

A laser-cut plate does not automatically provide the same flatness, hole accuracy, or surface finish as a machined Fireball top. Refer to the included tabletop preparation and finishing notes when choosing this option.

Included with Purchase

Cutting Files

  • Complete laser-cut DXF file set

  • Separate plasma-cut DXF file set

  • Different fit-up tolerance allowances for the laser and plasma cutting options

  • Laser-cut tabletop DXFs for sourcing your own top plates

  • Optional bottom shelf fabrication files

3D Models & Fabrication Drawings

  • Individual STEP files for fabricated components

  • Complete assembly and subassembly STEP models

  • Reference models for purchased components used throughout the design

  • Full fabrication drawing set with bill of materials, part numbers, quantities, cut lengths, material specifications, bend details, and assembly dimensions

  • Matching top-frame layouts for both the split-top and single-top configurations

Assembly Guidance & Component Sourcing

  • Illustrated assembly instructions and practical fit-up notes

  • Guidance covering hub and pivot alignment, locking-pin setup, bend-radius considerations, and other important details

  • Lessons learned during the original build to help you avoid repeating the same fit-up problems

  • Component sourcing links and cost-saving notes

What You’ll Need to Build It

This is a fabrication project requiring welding, assembly, and access to the cutting and bending processes specified in the drawings. You can arrange those services through outside vendors rather than owning all the equipment yourself.

Steel, tabletop plates, hardware, purchased components, and tools are not included. Refer to the supplied bill of materials, drawings, and component links to plan your build and source the required parts.

Built from a Real Project

These files are based on the table I designed and built for my own work. The package combines the design files with the sourcing information and fit-up guidance used to complete that build, with the goal of making yours more straightforward from the first parts order through final assembly.
